-Less than 50% payment, will receive 25% of the income due
-50.01 to 70% payment, will receive 50% of the income due
-70.01% to 90% payment, will receive 75% of the income due
-90.01% to 100% payment, will receive 100% of the income due.

# Buy-back Program:
5 years after condotel operations, investors can have the following options:

* Resell the unit at the open market.
* Resell the unit to Fuente Traingle Realty Development Corp. at  acquisition price.
 * Resell the unit to the open market through Fuente Traingle Realty
Development Corp. for a minimal fee.

SUMMARY
*If enrolled in Condotel operations, enrollees will earn in a year an
estimate of P480,000 as againts bank investment of  P300,000. only enrollees earn MORE THAN BANK INVESTMENT.

REMINDERS:
1)A joining fee of P30,000 is required to be paid by the unit owners upon enrollment to condotel operations. The joining fee will be determined later by the operator. Unit owner will still have to pay for other amenities and other services

2) Condotel will be managed by the Crown Regency Hotel Chain

3).The condotel will generally operate like a resort hotel. Individual owners may use their condotel units for 45 days every year if their unit is enrolled under rental pooling. If the usage will exceed 45days, they will have to pay the member's rate (30% discount from regular rate).

4)There are NO association dues for units enrolled
    under condotel operations.

Q.WHAT IF THE UNIT OWNER WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THE 45-DAY BENEFIT?
A.The 45-day benefit has an expiry of one-year. The 45-day free stay can be converted to Free stay privilege certificates at any of the Crown Regency hotel chain of properties & other off-site facilities with no expiry period on a one to one room night value. He can also enroll it at Interval International or sell it to his friends.

6)Only minor repairs shall be shouldered by the condotel operator.
7)Upon turnover of your unit, the unit owner may immediately enroll with the operator.The minimum period you can have your unit enrolled is three(3) yrs.

Q. HOW DOES THE CONDOTEL OPERATION DIFFER FROM TIMESHARES?
A.In timeshare, you only exercise a right to use the property for a certain period of time. When you own a unit in Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc.(BPDI), you own a share in the company where in your share is represented by a specific numbered unit. Your ownership of a share evidenced by a stock certificate makes you a unit owner and a shareholder of BMPDI.
